General Conditions of Application:<\/h2><\/div><\/div>

  1. Hold an Iraqi preparatory school certificate, Or the equivalent certificate or the equivalent certificate supported by the approval of the General Directorate of Education in the province.<\/h3><\/li>

  2. Not to be accepted in another study as it is not permissible to combine the two studies, and if this is proven, the student bears the legal consequences, including the cancellation of his admission.<\/h3><\/li>

  3. To be successful in the medical examination according to the conditions of each study and the blind student (who meets the conditions) is entitled to submit to appropriate humanities studies.<\/h3><\/li>

  4. The student’s study is not transferred from morning to evening study except through the Department of Private University Education exclusively with the provision of the Department of his appointment order and the condition of the availability of absorptive capacity in the registration period.<\/h3><\/li>

  5. Ministers, those of their rank, members of the House of Representatives, those with special grades and members of provincial councils are entitled to apply for admission to the evening study only.<\/h3><\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

    General Controls for Evening Study:<\/h2><\/div><\/div>

    1. The same university calendar is adopted in public universities \/ morning and evening studies.<\/h3><\/li>

    2. The start of official working hours is at 2:00 p.m.<\/h3><\/li>

    3. The obligation to perform the final exams should be unified (with the same version of the questions) for the evening and morning studies, for the first and second cycles and for all academic stages, and the university\/college shall bear the legal consequences in the event of non-implementation.<\/h3><\/li>
