The controls set forth in this Chapter shall apply to all admission channels.<\/h3><\/div><\/div>

1- Documents required for registration and registration mechanism<\/h2><\/div><\/div>

The student shall submit to the body to which he is nominated the following documents:<\/h3>

  • The original of the preparatory study document supported by the ratification of the General Directorate of Education in the governorate or the originals of other documents (and according to the admission channel) duly certified no later than 15\/6\/2021<\/span> and provides a written undertaking to do so to the registration of the college and otherwise his admission shall be canceled.<\/h3><\/li>

  • A color copy of the certificate of nationality and identity of the Iraqi Civil Status or the unified national card.<\/h3><\/li>

  • Recent photos (3).<\/h3><\/li>

  • Medical examination form (in accordance with the Health Fitness Law No. 5 of 1992 and its controls and conditions) taking into account the following:<\/h3><\/li><\/ul>

    1. The student does not register if the said form is never submitted.<\/h3><\/li>

    2. The original of the form must be submitted and no copy of it is accepted.<\/h3><\/li>

    3. The result of the examination shall be noted from the body to which the student is nominated directly, and in the event that he is not fit for the study to which he is nominated, the “Department of Private University Education” is approached to consider his admission according to his health fitness.<\/h3><\/li>

    4. The student has the right to appeal the result of the examination to the Committees \/ Appeals Committee Section of the Ministry of Health through the entity nominated for admission to it.<\/h3><\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      2. Cases of cancellation of admission<\/h2><\/div><\/div>

      The student’s admission shall be cancelled in the following cases:<\/h3>

      • If the student does not register in (university\/college) nominated within (10) working days after the announcement of the admission results.<\/h3><\/li>

      • In the event that it is proved that any of the general or special conditions for admission to the study are not met.<\/h3><\/li>

      • If the student submits incorrect, forged or distorted information or documents to (university\/college), he writes to the Ministry to cancel his admission even if he is in advanced classes or graduated from the university or college and all legal procedures are taken against him.<\/h3><\/li>

      • If the student does not submit the original of the preparatory study document supported by the ratification of the General Directorate of Education in the governorate to the registration of the college until the beginning of the second semester, provided that the registration department notifies the student at least three (3) times and the period between one notification and another (from 15-30) days.<\/span><\/h3><\/li>

      • Issue orders for students whose admission is cancelled as soon as they are eligible and not delay the issuance of the order more than a month from the due date.<\/h3><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        Note (1): The National University \/ College shall be responsible for checking the documents and priorities of the admission of students and their conformity with the admission plan for the academic year 2020-2021 upon registration and completion of the procedures of validity of the issuance and otherwise the university \/ college bears the legal responsibility for their admission contrary to the controls.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t

        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        Note (2): Private universities and colleges are responsible for checking the student’s documents and priorities before activating the student form on any of the admission channels.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t

        \n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        Note (3): The University \/ College Council shall reduce tuition fees from the maximum limit set by the private university\/college.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        Note (4): (10%) of the tuition fees are deducted upon withdrawal of the student within a period of less than one month and (25%) is deducted upon withdrawal within a period of more than one month from the date of registration.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

        Note (5): A student whose admission has appeared in one of the private universities\/colleges and has not been registered by the college should review the Department of Private University Education to take the necessary action against the university \/ college.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
