Islamic University, Al-Diwaniyah
The Scientific Assistant to the President of the Islamic University, Assistant Professor Jalal Ali Hashim, held an extensive meeting with the heads of academic departments, department rapporteurs, and administrative unit officials to discuss preparations for the examinations and ensure the necessary requirements are in place for their successful implementation.
The meeting addressed examination schedules, the preparation of classrooms and examination halls, and the provision of an appropriate environment for students to help them undertake their examinations smoothly and comfortably. It also emphasized completing all necessary requirements within the examination halls before the examinations begin.
The Scientific Assistant stressed the importance of continuously following up on students’ needs, adhering to examination instructions and guidelines, and providing a suitable university environment. He also called for the distribution of tasks among the relevant departments and units to ensure effective organization and address any observations or issues promptly.
He affirmed that the University is committed to providing all appropriate conditions to help students undertake their examinations in an orderly manner, in accordance with university instructions and regulations. He wished all students success and achievement in their academic journey.
