During the meeting, the Vice President for Scientific Affairs directed the heads of the administrative units to oversee the preparation of examination halls and ensure they are fully equipped with all necessary requirements. He also stressed the importance of providing a suitable examination environment that supports students and contributes to the successful, efficient, and well-organized administration of the final examinations.
The Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Jalal Ali Hashim, chaired an expanded meeting attended by the Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Ibrahim Saleh, along with heads of academic departments, heads of administrative units, and members of the examination committees, to discuss preparations for the first-round final examinations.
